Super Samurai Power Ranger Pleads Guilty To Killing Roommate With Sword

The now-38-year-old actor, who had pleaded not guilty to Sutter's murder at his arraignment in October, filed a guilty plea in Lancaster, Los Angeles, on Thursday, KTLA5 reported.

"According to the district attorney's office, Medina got into an argument over Medina's girlfriend with his roommate, 36-year-old Josh Sutter, on January 31, 2015".

Medina, who TMZ reports remains in jail without bail, is scheduled to be sentenced on March 30 and faces a maximum sentence of six years in state prison.

Thirty-eight year old Ricardo Medina, who played the villainous Deker on the 2011 series of the long-running kids' action franchise, was charged with murder in relation to the fatal stabbing of his room-mate in 2015.

When he was released from the Antelope Valley jail past year, Medina told reporters he was "very, very, very sorry for what occurred". Sutter then entered the room and Medina stabbed him in the abdomen with a sword. Sutter was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Northwestern holds on for wild 68-66 victory over Vanderbilt
Northwestern's 23 wins entering the tournament were the most in school history, and its 20 last season were tied for second-most. The victory advanced the Wildcats to the Round of 32, where they'll take on top-seeded Gonzaga on Saturday here in Utah.

The ex-Power Ranger then called 911 and told cops he had acted in self defense. However, Medina reportedly started acting "erratically" after Sutter was hired and the two would argue "frequently".

Medina appeared on the "Power Rangers Samurai" series from 2011 to 2012.

Actor Ricardo Medina is pictured at the Lambda Legal Liberty Awards at the Egyptian Theater on September 28, 2005, in Hollywood. He has also appeared on such prime-time shows as "CSI: Miami" and "ER".

"I'm very, very, very sorry for what occurred", said Medina when he was first let out in February 2015.
