Angel was rushed to the hospital on Friday after his stunt - which he attempted to perform during his "Mindfreak Live!" show - went awry.
She also confirmed that Criss would take the stage again on Saturday night after being cleared by his doctors.
"He is grateful for the outpouring of love and concern from his fans around the world", the rep said in a statement. "In his absence, a representative of HELP, the nonprofit Criss created to find a cure for pediatric cancer, presented MakeAWish with a $100,000 donation".
Angel has performed for several years at the Luxor on the Las Vegas Strip.
Tickets for both the 7 and 9:30 p.m. performances remain on sale.
The audience members at the performance were left "aghast".
