AETNA CEO: The Obamacare exchanges are in a 'death spiral'

Susan Gretkowski, a lobbyist for MVP Health Care, a major insurer in Vermont and NY, said the company hired a lobbying firm in Washington to keep up to date on what is going on with the Affordable Care Act.
